At the risk of sounding like a complete f-word this video literally fills me with rage 

Pretty solid evidence that Todd watered down everything Gaga brought to set - look at the multiple takes for the variety show fantasy moment and how her costume, hair and makeup became more and more muted with each retake. Or how her accent as Harley and way of speaking got softer and quieter with every retake.

So many scenes that were cut from the film or changed with editing... my god he really could've made a solid film here and chose to make a court room drama instead

the part at the beginning at least where she first meets joker and says she has seen the TV movie, was wayyyy better by the end though.
