It's a bummer all around. Dude is America's only self-made black billionaire (eat the rich but it's still impressive) and in inspiration to a ton of people. It'd suck if his story turned into a Cosby 2.0 situation. 

Idk, doesn't seem very levelheaded, if he doesn't have anything to fear why is he being so aggressive, idk, this reads like a man who lost control of the narrative.

If I was a public figure accused of what he's being accused of, I wouldn't be very level-headed either. Plus, in a civil case he could realistically be found "liable" with little evidence since he was in the same circles as Diddy since you don't have to definitively prove he did it so that's another worrisome factor for him. But I hear you

I always wonder about these kinds of cases because
A) if this person is indeed a victim and their allegations are true, how could they possibly prove what happened all those years ago? 
B) Jay Z has so much money that surely this will all be swept under the rug (again probably due to lack of evidence)

I was SA’d for almost 2 years of my childhood. There’s no way I could prove it now. It’d be their word against mine. 
How could it possibly lead to a charge against that person?

I definitely do not believe that Bey was the female who watched. But if Jay Z is a predator, surely she’d pick up on his behaviour after being together for so long?

I'd let my lawyers do the talking if I were in his position tbh, having such an emotionally charged response is not a good look imo but i understand that not everyone reacts the same.

 

One thing is for sure, I wouldn't really be surprised, diddy and him were besties in the 90's and 00's and if the allegations against diddy are true jay z at very least knew what was going on.

In the current world as is I get people looking up to him for being self-made. But we all know that you don't get that kind of money by being a good person.

Honestly the justice system is stacked against victims of sexual assault. Especially for child victims. 
And when you factor in Jay Z's wealth & connections, even if he did do it this woman has one hell of a mountain ahead of her to climb

Oh yeah, he's famously kind of an a**hole in general as well as how he does business. And I'm firmly in the "no ethical billionaires" camp. I just hope that that's among the worst of his traits so that 1: women weren't in danger around him and 2: people can't use this as ammo to tarnish more of our modern black history.

But let's move on from that before people start whining that race is being discussed 

At the end of this I just hope everyone that deserves justice gets it and every innocent person caught up in it all can keep their peace.
