I'd like to see it, but she'll probably move on to single 2 and maybe do disease as an acoustic here and there. She had all of November to do something, but all we got were tiktoks 🤒

Actually it's been promoted heavily on radio and streaming playlists, not just tiktoks.

Since DWAS is still doing great, I think letting Disease linger below to hold over until January works. It’s stable, it’s acclaimed, it’s organic. 

To us, Disease is the lead single, but to the untrained eye, DWAS is the return of Gaga.

I think January is going to be the unveiling of LG7, and Disease will pick up steam then.

When I say promotion I mean her actually being present somewhere, either physically or through the ether :p you know taking 5-10 minutes to talk about the new hit single on a radio or podcast if we wanna be modern. We didn't even get any physicals that could have pushed better numbers.

I actually would be here for podcast Gaga. Gaga Is such a smooth talker and Shes given so Little about her Life all these years. A woman like her has million stories and things tò talk about either her work or in general. She could def benefit from these 

Plus those cute Ellen magazine games on YouTube, the hot wings. I feel like She has a trillion plataforms to visit, that have been very popular the last years. 

Gaga doesn't date the popular artist, goes tò the hot parties, hangs out with the famous etc. If She has the strength, a promotion like Shes new in the game spread in next twoo years could give her a lot of momentum for the following years. Since her acting gigs really havent helped at all.

I really think we'll get a mid-Jan 2nd single and that will be the "lead" for the GP and it'll be a bit more "accessible" for mainstream.

I wish she had released Happy Mistake as a single instead and waited with LG7 till after Christmas.

I understand Disease fits Halloween very well, but it was released too close to Halloween to gain any momentum, which is a shame. Disease is one of my favorite Gaga songs ever, and no one outside the fanbase even seems to know it exists.

The live renditions are great but I don't think Disease works as well in a stripped down version as other songs of her do.

I’m sure they will continue to promote Disease in the new year to a small extent (such as performing it live on TV, and releasing remixes), but they’ll more likely put their main focus on the next single. And I’m expecting this next single to be THE single of LG7.

Disease is awesome don’t get me wrong (especially in the fandom), but was always gonna be a bit of a gamble with the GP. I hope they’ve saved what they think is the best song on the album for second single. Also let’s be honest, Gaga’s second singles are always ridiculously good and better than her lead singles. So I’m expecting it to smash! And they’ll promote tf out of it hopefully. A fresh new year, a fresh new sound, a clean slate. I can’t wait!

no. it is flop and its ok. It is a EXCELLENT quality track but not for commercial success so no point in wasting time and budget! fans already have amazing mv and amazing song for it to stream and enjoy! now its time for single #2 in 2nd week of January I hope and I hope she REALLY promotes it hardcore

I don’t care about success and numbers I just want a content filled era. We waited 5 years just to end up in another chromatica situation but this time we have no pandemic to blame it on. Just a couple of performances, interviews and fashion moments in November and we’d all be so happy

I have a feeling she will promote it along with the second single in January, then both of them and a promo single (which will be a collab) in February.
