It's not at all, it's considered as traditional pop for any award show as she hasn't wrote any original jazz on it (Hapy Mistake is a pop vocal ballad and Folie à Deux is a waltz. 

It'll be eligible at Traditional Pop Album at next Grammy's and honestly I could totally see her getting it
