On Friday, the U.S Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit upheld a federal law that will ban TikTok in the country over national security concerns — unless Chinese parent company ByteDance sells its interest in the app by Jan. 19, 2025. It’s definitely popular for a reason and is better at curating content than some of these other platforms. I wonder if they’ll go through with a sale or actually ban it. I used to have 0 political kind of content on my feed and since early November that's all I used to have. I resetted the algorithm 3 times but even after doing this, it only shows political videos to me, even if I immediately skip them and don't comment any of them I muted like 20 words related to politics and it still shows videos with the words also...
