It's a very rich country, salaries are the highest in the UE (2 to 3 times higher than in France for example). Salaries are automatically increased following inflation. Free public transportation in the entire country, very welcoming to immigrants, lots of jobs in finance/accounting/audit, good quality of life and work/life balance... But dont think theres much chance for a 3rd world citizen like me to get there.
