Because AI fluctuates, 62m now is a lot, but a few years ago it would have probably been just inside the top 20. Some songs used to get 200m and not be the #1 song on radio. 
 

You and I and Million Reasons were smaller radio hits, and both peaked at similar AI numbers to DWAS, which is now enough to be #2 on radio.
