You're not wrong, I just personally see America as uniquely an immigrant nation. It's the version of our country I believe in.

But there has to be control. There has to be balances and laws in place to control it. But this notion of breaking families apart that are already here is just morally wrong.

Oh, well I'm fully on team "make humanity a global species already and dissolve national borders and governments" :icant:

It's well past time for us to get our sh*t together, colonize our solar system, and push out into the stars. Sick of arguing over which patch of dirt belongs to who.

US Imperialism is part of the reason people are wanting to immigrate but some of you aren’t ready for that conversation.

I’m guessing your country allows an open flow of immigration?

most immigrants are conservative religious homophobes... if they get ****ed over by another group of homophobes, I can't feel sorry for them. And if the LGBTS get hurt by the homophobes, then it just proves my point that heterosexual homophobes are the biggest threat to humanity. Either way - homophobia is the first sign of being a threat to the world, no matter where it comes from.

You don't have to agree with me, you can think I'm crazy, that I shoudl feel ashamed of myself, it won't change my opinion.

WWII was started by homophobic Nazis, and in the end homosexuals in concentration camps were abused both by the guards AND the other (religious heterosexual) prisoners. I only feel sorry for the homosexuals.

you honestly sound like a nightmare to listen to. biased and misinformed. your perspective is also very limited and the way you’re quick to generalize and categorize brown people is insulting and absolutely ignorant.

you would be surprised with how many white people from East Asia immigrate to America ilegally but you’d probably be ok with that since your bias is obviously racial.

sick cringe GIF

you’re probably riding on privilege your whole life to be able to say something like that.

”Why’d ya come around me with an ass like that?”

Ikr I'm laughing at the "gotcha moment" :rip:

A basic Google search on how US imperialism has affected Latin American countries and how it helped create the current situation in those countries helps explain immigration to an extent.

But most US citizens are completely ignorant to our own country's history. It's hilarious.

Roughhouse Dandy

Camps established as holding facilities for deportation are how Nazi death camps started.

1 in about 25 households are of mixed immigration status. The administration has signaled their intentions of denaturalizing 1st generation Americans born of "illegal" immigrant parents. That would bring that number to about 1 in 15 households in the USA.

If the administration gets their way this will affect every American. There will be doorknocking and workplace raids to take away your neighbors and coworkers. This is not fear-mongering; this is our reality now.

I hope those of us living here will have the compassion and courage to take measures to protect our communities.

This is my Hannah Montana™️ lipgloss.

Things literally how every country is formed. The stronger civilization always takes over. USA is not the only country formed this way, most countries every known in existence are formed this way. Before Europeans were in America, tribes were taking over tribes, civilizations take over civilizations. Every country in existence is formed this way. Just different time periods. But people like to Only call out USA for some reason.

This response is so problematic lmao.
You can't compare fights between native tribes with the colonisation of a whole land and civilisation by white people from Europe. The US genesis is the biggest example of colonisation, it's just a fact.

I am too, from Uganda (another land with homophobic laws). I agree with your sentiment.

I'm so over the absolute disregard for HUMAN LIFE!

I'm not getting any sleep tonight because I woke up to a beautiful life. I'm awake.
