I mean there’s a song that YouTuber You Suck At Cooking made that has a similar melody to Disease. Does that mean that Gaga sampled that song? /s 

In all seriousness though, it’s 2024; how do people not understand that some songs are bound to sound similar to each other one way or another. It doesn’t mean that they’re getting sampled/copied.

So many popular songs follow a certain formula, like the same 4 chord progressions as displayed by these comedians.  Are people really searching for novelty or find comfort in the familiar?  Aren't we always comparing our favorite artists to other artists we enjoyed before?

To be clear, I think it’s just a coincidence (although a really remarkable one) - and I don’t believe that most people think it’s a “copy”, just a sample, which wouldn’t be that big of a deal

The kind of content creators I hate the most are:

1. Sexist, homophobic, incel, alpha male, podcaster types

2. Ones who are rich and famous for literally nothing but being conventionally attractive who are extremely up-themselves and think tey're gods gift to the world

3. Sit there doing absolutely nothing but point at a video, which is usually a stolen idea or straight up stolen content. Extra points if they're just a floating head or they're fake laughing and their profile is literally just the same video over and over

She didn’t even sampled it I guess. It’s just sound similar, and I bet Gaga doesn’t even know of this song’s existence. It’s just random coincidence which happens in music cause there is only limited numbers of chord progressions. Xdd
