Lady Gaga's body double in "Disease" was dancer Lexee Smith. thank you! added to the OP, but those posts don't seem to contain this interview, unless I'm missing something, namely the location of the filming and the part where she explains how she stepped on gaga's head, omg imagine being able to say that

There must be a lot of stuff that we didn't see. Or did they film two music videos (maybe for the second single)

I guess the three days its for the whole video and only the stepping part was at the mental hospital she talks about. They need a double for other scenes as well and I doubt they would hire multiple people instead of using the same person.
