I think the left realized too late (myself included) that MAGA is a cult. If we had realized earlier, we could've pushed more people away from that ideology. Hillarys controversial statement last October should've happened two years earlier.

I feel like a big unspoken thing about why Trump and all other people from the right keep being so successful is that so many are turned off by 'wokeness' and much rather listen to people ranting as a sign of "being real" otherwise I cannot explain why Trump's gaining so much support amongst demographic he so openly makes fun of

Ngl, I think there's a lot of cognitive dissonance when it comes to the way parts of minority groups view themselves. I see it myself with the Asian community. They're quick to follow insane, hateful, and bigoted rhetoric because they think "Oh, but they're not talking about us. They're talking about other _____ people."

Yeah I'm unfortunately going to predict a Trump win.

It's still very close and Kamala can absolutely pull it off a win, but I'm not liking how PA, WI and MI are looking at this point.

I'm a teacher, I work with teens ranging from 12 to 18. "dark humour" is absolutely "trendy" and "cool" for a lot of boys. They think they are so cool making jokes about women cooking and cleaning up, because misogyny is viewed even more negatively nowadays with young people, so these boys basically want to be like a jester and "go against the grain", they feel special making race-gender-identity jokes that can piss off a lot of people, they feed off of that adrenaline. I'm seeing that increasing by the day.

I think it mostly comes down to money and ppl think republican presidency means better economy and more money. Idk if that’s actually true?
