Rihanna's even married to a US citizen and has a child who is a US citizen. fair assumption but as someone pointed out, looks like Rihanna doesn't want to change citizenship (my theory is due to taxes). also while technically a non-citizen, it feels wrong to call Rihanna a foreigner lol If symptom persists, consult your doctor.
