I listen to music and watch TV as a form of escapism, I'm not sure about anyone else.  I couldn't stand AHS when they made it political. Also in the Joanne era when Gaga performed 'Come to Mama'. What kind of strange fetishization of celebrities is this. They are human beings with political opinions. They are not exclusively there for your entertainment to help you “escape” your life. If they want to use their platform, they will. Funny how people have such a superiority complex when it comes to actors and musicians like they’re too dumb to have political opinions.

On a serious note, I would prefer her not doing this. Yeah Trump is horrible, but I wouldn't endorse someone who is constantly supporting Israel in a total uncritical way.

In what way is Harris uncritical of Israel? She literally refused to attend Netanyahu’s joint session of Congress, has regularly criticized IDF military action in Gaza, and is pro-Palestinian statehood (which Israel is, obviously, against).

Reminder: If Kamala Harris was more vocal about Palestine, she would lose and America would fall to facism and there will be nobody left in office that has any compassion for Palestinians.

Kamala is obviously pro-ceasefire but has no authority to do anything about it right now. She doesn't even have the power to be vocal about it because it would mean the end of democracy. 

She's playing political cards in a game that has genuine life-or-death consequences for people across the world, especially in Palestine. 

Sounds corny right now but seriously... let her cook. She has said time and time again that she'll get a ceasefire when she's in office. The time to launch serious opposition to Kamala if she doesn't act is literally once she's declared victor. 

Vote like everybody's lives depend on it because they do.

Trump isn't just horrible. Not standing up to Trump is being completely passive to the rise of a violent facist dictator. The US isn't north Korea or even Russia. The US is the most powerful entity in the world. A fascist dictator will cause global chaos that we may never recover from in our lifetimes.
