These two guys went to Regis, an all boys High school in NYC where Gaga would come to play music and act in school plays. It's pretty interesting and sweet to hear how impressed they were by her back then: "She is just crushing it, a 14 yo ready for primetime." "Just mowing guys down with whatever she was doing." "She was a knockout in every possible sense." A girl that was talented in ways that were difficult to comprehend." It's cute cause this is before she went to NYU, the true beginnings of Gaga. I love how they address that they don't know how she was feeling on the inside, which is very thoughtful to me. Because Stefani might appear as the epitome of confidence to them at the time, she could be dealing with insecurities as well. People often dismiss that someone who appears confident cannot possibly feel insecure of be teased or have mental health struggles.
