I think she never wrote it. In May 2020 document leak, the song was slated for ARTPOP at one point. In that particular document she had no credits on the song.

I think it was "available" for her during the Born This Way era if I remember correctly. The polished demo we have is actually pretty much finished and sounded like it just needed post production to match the sound of the era they were going to put the song in.

She never had writing or production credits on the original demo. From all we know, she was solely the demo singer.
