I was a bit let down at the begining cause there wasn't this eeriness or thriller tension. but i'm very happy with what we got but i def would want something like that. Im still bumped we got that teaser with her being chased and we didnt got that lol. I thought it would be an actual chase she couldnt run away from or something and would go crazy. or it was a dream she couldnt get out. Ye I love that you've explored that. I like to redesign a lot of Gaga's work in my head. That's the beauty of her work, it's inspiring. Tho imo to really pull off the Saw-like industrial grunge effect, I think the video would've needed a totally different aesthetic. There's too much colour, detail and intricacy in the video, right down to the makeup, colour scheme and vibe - all very campy 80's horror inspired, and a lot of that is lost when a heavy monochrome filter is used. If she did a video that was more on the lines of found footage with a shaky camera, and set in a barren minimal location like a warehouse, abandoned building or forest, with heavy lighting and the costumes were stark and minimal, then this effect would definitely slay and I am here for it!
