Feral, unhinged, twisted, messy and an absolutely perfect introduction to the wild ride that this era will be. Disease is definitely my favourite Gaga lead to date and I fear this era might unseat BTW for me if she keeps this up. Definitely wished there was some choreo for a big song like this (and a “return” to this sound, etc) but feeling underwhelmed. I love the commitment to the looks and the horror aspect (mummy and the look under the leather mask/suit is great) and the contrast with the suburbs.
