I don’t think so, cause the black haired Gaga has blood over her face. I think it’s about some kind of zombiesm, hence “Disease” And it’s just the first phase of her transformation. Then she becomes white eyed femme fatale and starts dancing.

I’ve always been a fan of her work with Gaga and I know it’s a hot or cold situation with a lot of fans, but Gaga by now for sure wouldn’t be the person/have the face we all associate with her if it weren’t for Sarah, and damn mother monster looks fine this era

Same here, so happy for Gaga and Bruno that it's doing well but sonically its not my cup of tea and the fact it's a stand alone piece means I'm not particularly enthralled with it but it's still a beautiful work of art. I'll be focusing on the disease video
