People against camping?

There are so many people against camping. It's so annoying that some of you are constantly complaining that people camp out. Well first of all there are little monsters than are calling the venue & telling them to tell the camping monsters to leave. Do you realize how rude & cruel that is, if someone is willing to camp through harsh weather in the freezing cold they are extremely dedicated & for people who are supposed to be supportive on other little monsters to talk constant **** on them, say that them being a key holder is unfair because they broke the rules. That's honestly horrible. Are you jealous? If you cared about being the key holder you would be out there camping a week before. Some of the comments I've seen about campers are just horrible. Get over it.

Sorry for spelling errors, on phone.

Most unnecessary thread I've read in days. You don't even make an argument. Just complain about people complaining. This is exactly why GGD is so cluttered with nonsense and repetition.

Campers ruin every opportunity for people who have restrictions on their life to be able to meet their favorite star. They sit there with their little Gucci heaters while everyone calls them dedicated for being out in the cold and trying to beat everyone else in getting to meet their favorite star.

Camping started with someone who decided they wanted to cheat and get somewhere first and faster than other people. Then others are inspired to get there even faster or else they have no chance and it multiplies until the point where the time you have to camp out before the actual concert would make you completely insane.

My level of dedication has nothing to do with it. Trust me, if I could camp I would be but I live a state over from my concert next month and I still have school I have to attend. Besides whether they are dedicated enough or not is not necessarily the issue, Rules are rules, the only reason they aren't really enforcing them is because they know we won't really listen. :coffee:

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

No.

The reason some of us are against it is because we have lives. School, work, etc. We can't simply make a bug huge gap in our schedule for Gaga. That's not how real life works. The people shouldn't be camping in the first place. That's the reason they have the rule. So they won't have to suffer through harsh weather. They need to get out of it, sleep in a car so they wont potential hurt themselves.

No, it's not horrible. The rules were made for a reason, to make the chances fair for everybody. It's not about being dedicated. Being the key holder really encourages you to try to beat other fans, not to show Gaga how much you like her. I never liked the idea of the key holder in the first place. Even the rules make it impossible for you to show your dedication. After all, even if nobody called the venue, the workers would still kick you out of the area if they saw you camping. It's the rules, get over it. Complain to Gaga about it, not us.

Also, check your grammar. "Agonist" is not an adjective, it's a noun.

I think the word you were looking for was "antagonize."

So you get over it.

I totally agree with this tbh It ruins everything for people who actually have lives, and jobs, and school. Rules are there for a reason.

For all you saying "people shouldn't be camping anyways", I truly want to know how the key holder would be determined if everybody showed up at 8. Surely there would be less people complaining, right? No, you'd have everyone complaining that they were split up from their friends, they weren't fast enough, etc... It's a lot less stressful for the campers and venue staff to allow the camping.

I understand that it's not fair for people who have school/work/other responsibilities. LIFE ISN'T FAIR. I don't like the key holder idea in general, but everyone just needs to let it go... :/

This system is terrible anyway. I'd rather have it so you pay for Meet and Greets. Anyone can find ways to make money. Not everyone can escape their lives and free their schedules. The Monster Pit makes it where people only 18+ or those who skip school/ask friends to hold their spots so they can go to school are able to meet Gaga.
