I can’t deal with 15+ track albums and don’t see the need for them quite frankly. How much is there effectively for an artist to tell on one record? At a certain point the message of an album should be delivered and if not than you probably failed at writing/narrating and should rethink your choices. I love Gaga to death and could listen to her all day long, but one of the few flaws I see with her is stream-lining her projects and ideas. She is so creative and has visions, which is wonderful, but there have been times where she just got lost in them and probably didn’t had the team around her to help her filter stuff, she definitely got better with age in that regard, but I think one long album would be too much. Her music is very deep and she takes her visuals/tours very seriously. I saw her live and it was one of the best shows ever. ARTPOP, Joanne and Chromatica had their handful of features/duets collectively, and if this era is gearing to be in line with aesthetics seen from TFM & BTW, then a solo album would make more sense. I could see 1-2 collabs at most but surprisingly enough...do we even know what to expect with this new album? Everything has been so tightly knit that the suspense is driving me nuts LMAO.
