That just proves how many of us are all from different walks of life with different opinions, because I know a lot of people who like him, but obviously I also know a lot of people think he's an anti vax nutcase. I mainly liked how he was the best option out of the 3 to bring unity, because I worry about the future and potentially even civil war. Anyway I don't want to argue anymore I'm just counting down the hours til DISEASE 🙃😁😁😁🖤 Edited October 24 by Axl Jax

It’s just sad/surprising since she literally performed at some of the final campaign events for Hillary in 2016 and Biden in 2020. I feel like I’m losing touch with reality whenever I think about the fact that half of this country is either stupid or selfish enough to vote for that vile, sexist, self-serving, fascist pig Realistically I don't think her speaking out would change anything one way or another. Her fans and even the GP already know where she stands - she literally sang the national anthem at the Biden/Harris inauguration. There is no need for her to say anything else at this point. Plus, this is my personal view but I don't agree with celebrities endorsing polititions. Perhaps it's because I'm in Europe, but over here, we let people think for themselves and look at all the facts etc. rather than having to rely on a celebrity telling them what to do. Imagine most celebrities endorsed a fascist and people just followed them blindly? Edited October 24 by tlittlemonster
XxBones 905
I have a feeling that it's part of her movie contract to not speak about politics. I mean did you see the whole political controversy with the Scream series and one of the actresses being fired. I think studios limit stuff like that for a while. I did notice that in a Joker interview someone asked about her fiancé being in the same place as Tim Walz and she was asked if he is nice like him where she responded to that. I took that as a political statement without it being an obvious one. Edited October 24 by XxBones
Bonkers 28,201
The question for me is not whether or not her endorsement would make a difference. For me it's about, does she care enough to TRY or not. This election is a big one for women's rights, democracy, foreign policy, whether or not we treat minorities with respect or not. It's just not an exaggeration to say this election is a major turning point. It really does come down to "do we give a **** about anybody but ourselves, or not." As someone who became a fan primarily because I believed in her as a person, this has affected me more than I expected. When she first came out, so many people I know were saying she was a phoney and cnly cared about herself and I defended her. But things have started to change for me since the pandemic and I can't seem to shake the feeling she's content to watch the world burn from her malibu mansion with her super rich boyfriend and super rich friends. Harsh, I guess, but it's kind of what I'm seeing. It's not just this election, it's a lot of things I don't want to go into detail on, but people who have been paying attention too know what I'm talking about. I think about Admin - who would probably ban me for saying what I think about - and how he risked his life and freedom to stand up for what he believed in Russia ....he seems to be paying a huge price for that bravery. He really cares, and he really cares about Gaga and other people he supports. And Gaga goes on Kimmel and only comments the JD Vance and Tim Walz were "Jokers". I"m curious to see if I'll give a **** about her new music video tonight Remember to like and subscribe, and click on the bell icon to get the latest updates

Do people think she will be team Trump suddenly? I'm confused. That is a very fair point, but I do have to wonder why this same logic was not applied to other artists who didn't say something about this election/did so late when they made their stance known in the last one. Is it really a surprise that foreigners want to see the US fail at this point?
