This interpretation of his response doesn't make any sense (sorry!) everyone's just jumping into conclusions. Gaga always delivers, so let's just trust her...

Or he could be referring to the leak the person mentions. Or, yes, he could actually be talking about Disease. My point was that whoever tweeted the screenshot deliberately left out the context of the quote - which is an annoying thing to do. I think this is what he wanted all along, to see y'all tripping over what he said lmao
monketsharona 51,956
You're just overthinking his post. He just teased the sounds of the song. That's it. Nothing shady in it. Especially mentionning such iconic pieces of work from her. Edited October 23 by monketsharona 5

Reality 71,859
Wasn't Mr. S the one who said he'd stop giving out info about Gaga because of how little monsters kept harassing and attacking him in the past? I doubt he'd waste his time commenting on something even remotely related to Disease if he wasn't making a definitive statement about something. Like, he rarely speaks and the one time he does, he's gonna use it to throw shade at GH and Scheibe? I don't think so. To me, his statement "This gives me Government Hooker and Scheibe vibes" is referencing Disease. "This" being Disease. He's saying that it's not some cheap electronic dance song from a decade ago like the user he quoted said; he's saying that it's more like GH and Scheibe. And as @OMonster said, it wouldn't really make sense for him to shade those two songs anyway because they're almost universally loved by the fan base. I'm so confused by the weird response to what was said. I can't understand how it can be credibly interpreted as anything but a comment about what "Disease" sounds like. The alternative of Mr. S breaking his silence to shade GH and Scheibe is kind of ridiculous when you actually think about it. subtext / fantasy

I mean I don't know his tastes, so maybe he actually thinks GH and Scheibe are sh*t songs, but I doubt it Given the snippets we've gotten, it sounds like LG7 is sonically close to BTW (the album). So him saying Disease sounds like GH and Scheibe makes sense. 𝕀𝕗 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕨𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕒 𝕤𝕚𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕣, 𝕀 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕝𝕕 𝕞𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕓𝕖𝕝𝕚𝕖𝕧𝕖

monketsharona 51,956
Mr.S popping few days before a release and giving us tea is not that surprising that's exactly what he has done before both DWAS and Harlequin. He literally gave us the artistic direction of Harlequin being a swing jazzy album while you were all saying he was wrong because The Joker was rock cover. Well we know who ended up being right 6

That album proved to be timeless and is still producing hits. Bloody Mary's huge success 12 years after its release is clearly showing that people are still interested in a more rebellious, weird, dark and experimental sound from Gaga. Government Hooker, Scheiße, Americano and Heavy Metal Lover are receiving more daily streams than half of the albums singles. Also, Judas has became such a hit now, even though it was poorly received in 2011. I personally believe that Gaga studied Judas, Scheiße (a fan favourite), Government Hooker, Heavy Metal Lover (also a fan favourite) and Bloody Mary for LG7. The snippets we got seem dark and quite interesting. Food for thought. The daily streams of some BTW tracks at 22/10/2014 Judas 1.015.000 (Very soon is going to surpass Born This Way and become the most streamed BTW song and eventually Paparazzi and will become the 10th most streamed Gaga song on Spotify.) Bloody Mary 535.000 Americano 85.000 (The 41st most streamed Gaga song, is going to surpass Replay very soon. ) Heavy Metal Lover 122.000 (Is going to surpass Free Woman, a non-single that was released in the streaming era) Scheiße 35.000 Government Hooker 166.000 (is heading to surpass G.U.Y. in total streams. A non-single is going to surpass a single with a music video. That's crazy!) this. lets give a big thanks to all wednesday-bloody marry combo for LG7 kindest regards
