I'm seriously thinking of sleeping right now and waking up at midnight cause I already feel like a zombie. If I don't I think tomorrow I will collapse. These release times on Thursday nights (let's be honest, they're Thursday nights) are HORRIBLE for the working class. I am genuinely worried my hyped up energy at 1.a.m won't let me sleep until like probably 3 and it will f-ck me up tomorrow. I KNOW FOR A FACT I won't listen to it one time and go to sleep. That's impossible. I went to sleep at like 2:30 when DWAS came out. Shallow was a very unexpected pre-era/lead single and the jazz singles were never going to smash commercially, but I’ve always been excited but equally worried for chart success. Whereas now I’m not. I think I’ve always been worried she wouldn’t smash commercially with PI and SL, but now she’s got DWAS thriving at the moment. This way, I kind of don’t mind if this doesn’t smash commercially and if it does, it’ll be a super cool bonus. I just want the stylistics, sound, look, everything to be enjoyable and on point.
