If you seriously think “caring about Gaga” = wetting the bed and catastrophizing about her career, I would suggest you “care” a little less lmao

We have forgotten our public MANNERS

Lmao that plenty of y’all bullied me when I dared to call it a flop in a thread a couple weeks ago. To all of you who did YOU'RE DELUSIONAL.

Movie FLOP.

Companion album FLOP.

Soundtrack FLOP.

Hope the lead single from LG7 at least does decent numbers.

Companion album FLOP?  It's my favorite Gaga album.  Chart performance is backlash by people who were hoping for a pop album.  Other realize the quality is there.

I live outside the space time continuum.

Movie and soundtrack flopped but Harlequin didn't... For a jazz cover album did really good! Cheek to Cheek did extremely well and not even Love for Sale (being Tony's last album) was able to replicate that level of success. Even if it didn't, L4S was successful too... We can't expect a jazz album to do mainstream numbers

Oh c'mon, Harlequin failed to even reach the top 10 in the USA and UK official charts albums. CTC and L4S did.

It's a bomb. Let's face it.

You really should take a deeper understanding of what everybody here wrote. It’s a damn jazz album. Don’t expect it to do pop record numbers. Harlequin didn’t flopped. First week was rough, but after October 11 physical release it shows on global charts that the jazz cover album is doing quite great 👍

You can say its chart performance is a…..disease:ally:

at this point we could only hope that her new movie will be a hit and ,,Harlequin” has some longevity on the charts

other than that, bury this FAD already

Happy Mistake, The Joker and Close To You aren’t jazz tracks tho. And CTC and L4S did better numbers. Sorry

Yep it's not only Jazz, it features Pop baroque, Gospel and Rock elements but it's not bc it did lesser good numbers than L4S and CTC that it isn't better than these two albums. We all have different tastes.

I didn’t mention quality or which album did better or worse. I was talking about numbers.

The theatre Monsters really won with Harlequin.  At least something good came out of all of this.
