And they have been working on ARTPOP even before the tour. I feel ARTPOP will be a mess with unfinished and overpoduced tracks. Zedd seems so insecure about his work Wow! If you think it's that easy to create music, then you should do some research, because it takes a lot of time. Plus, nobody said that none of the songs are completed. In addition to this, we've been endlessly teased by Gaga and her friends with the lyrics from songs, the "I'm ready to take over the world", along with numerous other things. Some songs come along very easily while others need a lot of work and fine-tuning especially when it comes to EDM. She released the song as a promotional single, and when we got the album version a few weeks later, the song was kind of different. We simply don't know for sure how advanced the process is, but we are taking too literal what Zedd says. A ''Not finished'' comment might involve just the final details.
