REALITY

Isn't it crazy that most of his support comes from so-called Christians? Like, to have those beliefs but then cheer him on for actively calling for violence is insane. Trump supporters have the highest levels of cognitive dissonance ever.

I wish the Kamala campaign and the media wouldn't fall for this nonsense. Sharing this doesn't hurt him. This is what will happen, as with any controversial/absurd comment:
1 - All news channels will share this video
2 - In the same segment they'll have a Democrat and a Republican pundit to comment.

3 - The democrat strategist will say: "This is how a dictator thinks, it's outrageous to think something like that, the Americans are tired of this hateful rhetoric iata iata"

4 - The republican strategist will say: "The president has its ways of sharing his concern of how America is now, crime rate is way up, so he's trying to put a focus to what's happening with the country, I think there would be some better ways to spread this message, but he says what he feels and that's what makes him approachable to the public."

It's always this strategy, any media is good media, when he says something absurd there always will be someone with a really fat paycheck to turn the sheisse into gold.

Agreed. Nancy Pelosi was almost getting at this point when CNN asked her to comment on Trump saying Kamala was "mentally disabled". She asked why they would even cover it because it's ludicrous and not worth the bandwidth.

Every minute he's on TV is a minute Kamala is unseen and most undecideds say they need to see more of her.

Unfortunately, a lot of Evangelical Christians literally believe that we should try to be as horrible as possible to try to accelerate the arrival of the “end times,” so they’ve found a way to justify it :fail:

We have forgotten our public MANNERS

I think her campaign got this a lot with many of his comments, but it isn’t always. His comment of her not being black for example, she didn’t comment, just said “same old playbook”. I think the strategy of mocking him does wonders as well. I would comment this with “Felons like the ex-president would love a day that they can do anything without consequences, but I think he said it just to keep the few people that still were on his rally awake and seated.”

Kamala's been excellent at handling him exactly the way she needs to. She isn't baited into ranting about him or saying how repulsive he is because that's all largely redundant these days.

The media is still trying to "sane-wash" him though and treating things like this as outrageous. They are! But the 24 hour news cycle has basically become "Keeping Up With Donald" and it benefits nobody but him.
