I believe in the case of Trump, he is so vocal about Biden's mental incompetence (not that I think Biden is mentally ill) because he knows people are starting to question his own. I try not to listen to him because his speeches are always full of fearmongering and hatred but when I have had the misfortune of hearing him speak, he makes no sense at all. He can barely string a sentence together and he sounds so deflated. He never talks about how he is going to improve the American lives, only about what we should think or fear unless he is in office. We all know why he is running for office again—so he can avoid being held accountable for his crimes because the SCOTUS has said he would be immune should he re-enter the White House again.
