Nah, these stans just trying to soften the blow of the floppage while still processing it. Nothing more, nothing less :brat:

there's no such thing, imagine being an artist, working hours after hours in a project, to intentionally flop it? and so much more is involved.

I am not a Katy stan!!!!

I am simply on a mission to protect the Katykats. They didn't ask for this. They are in need.

There is no intentional flopping when it comes to major pop stars. Their labels invest big money in the hopes of making them a success and expect a return on investment. If you can't do it, you run the risk of having a majorly depleted budget and lack of promo at best, being dropped at worst. I just think Capitol are massively out of touch to think any of this output is acceptable. It's almost like they're the ones sabotaging her, not the other way around. I admire Katy's tenacity for putting on a brave face and acting like nothing's wrong. I don't know if she's secretly going home to rage/cry or if she genuinely has a "can do" attitude about this whole sorry mess. For her sake, I hope it's the latter.

Just A Holy Fool

The amount of money being spent on this era is not so it is an intentional flop. They all thought they really did something with this shite, and that makes it all the more comical.
