There is no doubt that the latter is an album, Gaga herself made it clear that someone was ‘mixing it’. I think this idea is reinforced by the reference to dual identity in last night's screening. And I even think it's possible that DWAS is part of this ‘other album’ (it would explain why Gaga was credited first, even though Bruno apparently had the most input). I think it would be a good way to please all audiences and, at the same time, give us enough music to withstand a long break that I'm sure she'll take after this.
