Funny, most of the SA allegations are “he said - she said” type of thing, yet when it comes to some people it’s fabricated and when it come to others it’s not. Funny how the internet works.

When it comes to this situation in particular, information that has been collected via social media shows that out of the two, Melanie is more likely to be innocent. This is based on things such as conflicting dates, locations and other important details. The truth of the matter is that no one truly knows what happened, and neither party has decided to move forward with the matter by taking it to court.

And this is exactly my point, people “collecting” proofs from around the internet doesn’t impress me s bit (mostly because those are probbably fans fighting for her) - u never know on most of the cases of SA who’s speaking the truth, yet on some cases you have to “believe the victim” and other cases you choose not to.  
again, Im not “coming” for anyone, just want to put it out there. There is alot of double standard on today’s media.

Information that has been collected via Melanie's insanely parasocial fanbase who continuously attack Timothy and send her death threats? She came forward years after the incident. Gun to my head, I couldn't have told you the exact date that I was rãped either, especially years later, like it was when Timothy finally came forward.

The amount of sheer COPIUM Melanie's fanbase huffs to pretend she's magically guilt-free is hilarious.

Information that was either gathered or provided by one or both parties*. The issue here is that Timothy actually mentioned specific dates and said they had proof on the phone of the exact dates when things had occurred. I too can't remember dates of when my trauma(s) occurred.
