MercifulAir 668
You guys! I stumble on this snippet every couple of years and I always notice the production on this snippet sounds sooo much cleaner and so much better than what is on the album. Am I crazy? Like the quality is so much better!
HelloHangoverz 11,840
A 2:15 snippet? They were going crazy sometimes he saw his real face, and sometimes a stranger in his place

GAGASEXUAL 3,282
The demo is so much better than the original, it's not this tho
StarstruckIllusion 46,643
They did not master this albums correctly. You can hear Sexxx Dreams’ drums way better in the demo and it’s a crime Aura’s official version having trash vocals… That era was a battle
DrKindnessKunt1999 5,501
Since we’re talking about Mary Jane Holland, does anyone else hear Dubstep influences in the song?
Gardevoir 9,404
It’s a demo mixed with studio version but it’s so great. Sugar, spice, and everything nice.
Catnikko 13,014
I do actually like how the vocals in the chorus are more basic but i think as Gaga fans we have a toxic trait of thinking any variant is better than the album version when it's kind of not Dance in the shadow of the meow 1

Yeah and demos usually sound more raw and are fun to hear as alternate but if the demos that are loved in the fanbase were actually on the album sounding like that then i bet they would be criticised soo hard Dance in the shadow of the meow 1
VOLANTIS 16,191
I truly think they kept on mixing the songs up until the deadline BY THE MINUTE. But also wild to think the gap between BTW and ARTPOP was so short considering Gaga toured, went under surgery and had her recovery phase all before a total image change from BTW to ARTPOP I'll lift you 3 inches off the ground and drag you to a meter and a half
