Quick rundown: there was a fabric produced years ago with 8 celebrities as the print: 7 of the celebrities were all instantly recognizable and the source pictures widely accessible: Except for “celebrity #6.” People spent years looking for the exact photo thinking it was River Phoenix, Adriana Lima, Olivia Wilde, etc.. Some even claimed it was a mashup of multiple pictures of the same celebrity, which would explain why the original was impossible to find. Apparently some random SOB saw a picture of the model Leticia Sardá and thought it could be her. He got the photographer’s information, contacted them, and received confirmation that it was her along with what could be a scan of the exact photograph that was a in a magazine years ago. This was all shared on the subreddit dedicated to this mystery and the mod had a complete meltdown claiming it was AI and pointing out flaws that proved it was a fake image (all ridiculous.
