This will come back to haunt you, just a heads up. Where you around during chromatica? We had tons of leaked snippets before any full song leaked. They were mostly demos, but the vast majority of them ended up being totally legit. Just an FYI. I wouldn’t put all of your eggs in the same basket when it comes to leaked snippets.

All the same title at the end of the mail, I have the video of my friend who screenshoted video from her dmca mail from twitter

You can never tell how much is real though. I'm seeing full 3 minute leaks and they all have parts of what already leaked and got taken down. So it could be that's what the DMCA is for, not the rest of the 2 min 40 sec.
