Why do people keep calling her by her real name? She's officially introduced as (Lady) Gaga everywhere, so why ignore her stage name?

I really enjoy her responses - often humorous, but always thoughtful and eloquent.

Was sad to see Gaga not get asked many questions at all and the few she did ask were intrusive about her body/weight This woman has suffered from eating disorders in the past wtf..

And I know its called JOKER, but Gaga was sitting aside all excited to answer questions and I was shocked more reporters werent interested in Harley. Like it wasnt even 50/50 more like she got 20% of questions so very few

Well to be fair, she quite literally isn't the main character. Todd, Joaquin and Joker as a whole were a phenomenon in their own right. And they made a big splash in Venice when it premiered. It makes sense they get a lot of the limelight.

she was really sweet and although i didn’t think of any fun memeable moments, i’m glad she’s not going to be ridiculed for anything she said or did. i hate when that happens, people online are very mean to her sometimes

I don't think he meant it in a negative or offensive way at all. 

If you watched the press conference, a lot of the interviewers were talking about Joaquin's weight and his transformation into the Joker yet no-one really asked Gaga about the work she put into creating Harley. I think Joaquin noticed this and also wanted to shine a light on Gaga who also made just as much of a physical transformation into her character as much as himself.

why? they did have to lose a lot of weight for the film, which is a challenge they both achieved.

I believe he asked for Gaga's permission if he could address her as Stefani

I think Gaga prefers to be called Stefani with the people that she's worked with. Ive seen interviews where both Bradley and Adam Driver addressed her by her real name as well

True, I understand what you're both saying and perhaps just seeing that clip made it seem more focused on her body/weight than in the broader context of the whole video

Just coming from the standpoint of someone with anorexia, and knowing she used to suffer with it, being congratulated for losing weight drastically is really triggering and I can only hope she's recovered enough to not take it in that way.
