They're not stills, she's just being precise with the length.

I don't think so...

If there's only 15 frames in the prelude, it wouldnt be a video. It would be a very slow slideshow.

Assume shes shooting at 24 frames per second. 18 frames is .75 seconds. "I will release 1 min 47 seconds & 18 frames "

Ie, the prelude portion is 1 min + 47 seconds + .75(18 frames) seconds long, or 107.75 seconds exactly.

@Lady Gaga

Just a few hours until me Children In Need performance! Can't wait! Lacing up my boots! #MarryTheNightPrelude

She just reminded me of an old song by Odyssey 'Going Back To My Roots' which goes

"Ooh Ah

Zippin' up my boots

Going back to my roots, yeah

To the place of my birth

Back down to Earth"

Some inspiration for MTN from there perhaps

I downloaded the video off YouTube. According to my video software, it is 2585 frames long and is encoded at 24 fps.

1:47 = 107 seconds

107 seconds * 24 frames/second + 18 frames = 2586 frames.

The 2585 frames is 1 off, but it's close enough. Youtube may have dropped a frame when converting it :ohwell:
