DWAS is definitely getting nominated for Best Pop Duo group (and a likely winner). Possible nominations for SOTY or ROTY. I feel like SSOH is also secretly a strong contender, maybe Best Rock Song? Maybe even SOTY/ROTY? I feel like the Grammys love giving her a surprise nom for her well respected side projects, like L4S getting an AOTY nom, ARUTW getting a SOTY nom, and Joanne Piano Version winning BPSP. But it will likely get nominated in all these three categories. I think best pop/duo is competitive this year. Actually I’d say Best Pop/Duo is the weakest category this year. Her competition is probably only Fortnight and Guess; which DWAS could easily best both. The only collab I’d sorry about id I Had Some Help, and maybe that could potentially not be nominated in this category and instead in Best Country Duo. And not that the Grammys really is about merit, but the production on DWAS is impeccable, and the songwriting speaks for itself, so it truly deserves both ROTY & SOTY in my opinion and I hope the voting members see that.
