I guess they just put out the song and called it a day. Nothing wrong with that, we still have longevity and overall smashery, but not a lot of peaks on major charts i just wished they would at least TRY. we don’t ask for much but just drop a cute vinyl or a pre recorded performance/lyrics video to boost up streaming numbers.. just something 😠luna’s advocate 1

Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Love and attention?

For us fans it's fun to brag about charts and sales, but they're already bigger than most artists who have reached the summit this year. So why bother? And being strategic and calculated a la Taylor Swift (first name to come to mind) would make us look quite desperate to be honest Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Interscope just doesn’t invest in radio payola, like at all. All of their recent number one hits are driven by either huge streaming numbers or/and physical sales. They literally can’t even get a radio deal for their two biggest young artists: Olivia and Billie. Thank god, Olivia streaming numbers are SO big it usually would put her on top with no problem, but Billie struggles with that for example lol. 2

clownery 3,469
Ok let's remain positive people , remember, there was a 100 point difference between the #1 on release week, it was basically impossible even with radio payola. But the question is: would radio deals make a lot of difference then? in terms of sales ofc, not peaks. I don't think they just simply refuse to invest some coins in their biggest artists. They probably know it's not worth it. Edited September 7 by South Blonde Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Love and attention?

I’ve been following charts since 13 (get it…?) and I love when my fav songs hit that sweet number one spot ngl… but ofc it won’t change anything lol, but I’d love if her label was a little bit more competitive. ://

Billie is a massive streaming force. She's #1 on Spotify and her Birds of a Feather song is popular worldwide. Also, upon further research on Break My Soul, it truly was a US hit and a massive radio song, it spent 9 weeks on the Hot 100 Top 10.
