Britney deserves top 2 - even #1.

Billie is not there. Too early and she was part of Honorable Mentions already along with Christina, P!nk and many others. 

Beyoncé, Britney, Gaga, Taylor and Rihanna are for sure there and rest is most likely Bieber, Drake and Kanye.

I don't know why anyone cares about the list, Rolling Stones has absolutely zero impact in pop culture right now, and no influence in the conversation either . Is not like anyone will care about the results after a week anyways, lol. 

Even during Lady Gaga's peak, they already were like a vintage thing. And that was a decade ago. They are even less influential now . 

This will ONLY mean a thing for stan Twitter, for like... a week, and the everyone will collectively forget about it. If I had to take a guess... they did named Lady Gaga as "the new Queen of Pop" back in the days, and their criteria seemed heavily sales/chart based. 

Number one now will probably be Taylor Swift, and deservingly so, she is a cultural fenomenon whether or not we find her to be boring. Taylor is, as of now, that girl, and will most likely take the #1 spot. 

If absolutely everything you release goes number 1, it means you're doing something right. She deserves it too, IMO, even if I don't like her .
