bionic 46,235
episode 1 was boring AF. i knew something wasn't quite right but the reveal was not at all satisfying like it was in wandavision. wandavision made me think "what's going on? i can't wait to find out" but here its more "what's going on? i don't really care" stream ritacadabra

Thought about actually not seeing. Didn't like the acting from both of them. And It was a bit too unclear. But It gets the pace right After She becomes the Witch. I would've prefered lupone as a badass witch though. I like Audrey but She somehow Always leaves me wanting much more, her scenes were so weak. SoundofSilence 167
this looks like birds of prey 2.0 (i am based only watching the trialer rn) i was waiting for so long.....not buying the oh i am bad and i am just using them ha ha..looks too corny and too comedy for me...on wandavision this was kinda serious and even fearful sometimes...this isn't looking good... anyway the only way to know its watching, someday later Edited September 19, 2024 by SoundofSilence
gagzus 15,336
Watched the first 2 episodes and I enjoyed them just as much as I loved Wandavision. You can tell the same team came back to make this unlike MoM. Loving all the mystery and witchy elements, Wanda/Agatha and their corner of the MCU is my fave so far. And now we know there’s a Vision series that will tie into this and Wandavision, as well as a SW solo movie coming. I’m so excited for all this campiness
southpaw773 2,840
I am not into Marvel at Allll BUT I got sucked into Wanda Vision by peer pressure in like 2021 and immediately loved Katherine Hahn. When i heard about a possible Agatha spinoff I kept hope and now that it’s out i am here for it. Like a poem said by a lady in red

skaxboy 4,914
I enjoyed the first two episodes. I watched them days apart and it’s a solid beginning for the show. Looking at the trailer, it seems to give away the bulk of what the season will be. Reminds me a bit of the Triwizard Cup maze and a bit of the Power Rangers movie where they are going in search of power they have lost. I recently rewatched S2 of White Lotus so I’m obsessed with Aubrey Plaza so I’m excited to see more of her. The “down the witches road” song is growing on me. I can almost guarantee it’ll be playing in the gay clubs this Halloween.
gagzus 15,336
My theory of what I think might be happening in the series; Spoiler I think that “Teen” is actually Billy Kaplan, for those who’ve read the comics, he’s a reincarnation of Wanda’s son Billy aka Wiccan. But I think that this Billy is actually being “Dreamwalked” into by another Billy ,and is actually dead, from another reality who was using the Darkhold before Wanda destroyed it (hence his blackened fingers in Agatha’s alternate reality and the fact he gives off goth vibes) and he’s trying to find another Darkhold or source of power to revive or find his Wanda/mother. I think he’s searching for Wanda using dark magic and knows more than he’s leading on. I think the Salem Seven is actually after him and not Agatha, he’s using Agatha to get ultimate power and find Wanda at the end of the witches road. And it’ll end with him being revealed as Wanda’s son and him trying to bring this universes Wanda back to life.
