Potentially, but I feel its unlikely.

The MAGA crowd will already be registered and committed to voting. They're the locked in GOP vote.

As for the unregistered voters, if they weren't enthused previously by Trump the idea he might lose won't change that. 

It might be targeted at registered but undecided swing voters like some moderate republicans. Its a risky strategy though, the reason this group are undecided is due to Trump so the idea he's losing might further depress their vote.

Honestly, my experience of elections is that the side that starts playing the "we've fallen behind and desperately need you" card only ends up depressing their voter intention.

Let's pray nothing is 'happening' abroad that is influenced by Trump's allies. There are so many right-wing political leaders in the world who depend on the White House being captivated again by this crazy dude that it's not unlikely the next months are going to be a bumpy road. I just hope Kamala can get this done and finally kick Trump out of the political spheres behind the steel bars where he belongs
