Musk also had son and daughter with his company manager via IVF born in November 2021 (he was only supposed to be a sperm donor but changed his mind).when Grimes found out about these kids she was furious and didn't want their children to spend time together and that probably led to Grimes and Musk court battle over their kids.

They are both famous and busy, so the judge should give custody to whichever one of them will actually be available to take care of the kids and spend time with them. I am sure Grimes and Elon know the best arrangement here but it seems like this custody battle is more about them getting back at one another.

It's more like Grimes trying to get them back. He's apparently been withholding them from her.

 

This is probably going to get very ugly. Mudslinging galore, both trying to make the other look like an unfit parent.
