The former couple have been in an ongoing custody battle since September over the three children they share: 3-year-old X Æ A-12, also known as baby X, 2-year-old Exa Dark Sideræl, and 1-year-old Techno Mechanicus. The billionaire and the musician filed dueling lawsuits against one another in two different states: Musk in Texas and Grimes in California. The two met in Austin on Friday to address a series of motions, including one brought to temporarily halt the proceedings. Musk arrived at the courthouse more than 45 minutes before the 9 a.m. hearing. Grimes, whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher, arrived after Musk, minutes before the hearing began. Attorneys for Musk and Claire Boucher, known as the musician Grimes, asked that the proceedings take place out of public view. Musk has at least 12 children with three different women. I thought she had only child with him all of them were conceived by IVF but she gave birth only to the first one in 2020. they decided for 2nd baby via surrogate when they were in rough patch in their relationship but Grimes wanted him to have a daughter; she was born in December 2021. their 3rd child was also born via surrogate in June 2022; they were not living together when he was born. Musk also had son and daughter with his company manager via IVF born in November 2021 (he was only supposed to be a sperm donor but changed his mind).when Grimes found out about these kids she was furious and didn't want their children to spend time together and that probably led to Grimes and Musk court battle over their kids. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
