Alternative Rock band Garbage, SORT OF had a tradition of 1 pink album, 1 red album, 1 pink album, 1 red album (they broke the pattern eventually, but it was cute).

 

Gothic Metal band Lacrimosa also has a tradition of always releasing black and white covers, illustrated by the same artist. 

I kind of love the idea of Gaga SORT OF keeping a tradition of 1 colorful album, 1 dark looking one. I love those sort of patterns

Black and white with very hard contrast, thick black eyeliner, bleached brows, and some movement with motion blur would be fire too, kinda like Placebo's Meds

Nick Knight shot the artwork for Massive Attack which is a closeup of a stag beetle and it’s one of my favourites. Could see Gaga breaking the tradition and doing something like that

I love the 2011 V Mag and ARTPOP shoots, I used images from both as my wallpapers for so long but all their collaborations since 2015 or so did not mother as much as I would like them to tbh  I mean the Vogue US shoot for ASIB was quite meh, Enigma was just bad (esp. compared to the Eli Russell Linnetz pics), and the latest Haus Labs shoot (with the turquoise/mint headband) I guess aligns with the aims of the promo but I wasn't living for it

I was just looking at the pictures from Eli Russel Linnetz and I think that weird vibe is also a good match for it

Mezzanine is one of my favourite albums of all time! And one of my favourite album covers! I've got it on vinyl.
