The pompoms were also rented and come from a major French cabaret theater. I think that's one of the reasons why they didn't want to ruin them in the pouring rain besides the safety reasons

Idk. I feel like those 2 wordings portray very different meanings in English. 

"My thing with feathers" - an obsession with feathers. 
"My feathered thing" - this feathered object I own

Yeah her pronunciation was quite decent for the most part, the only big thing would be her pronunciation for u... which is quite the give away when "mon truc en plumes" is repeated over and over. Getting that u right would have taken it to the next level for me, but yeah I'm being nit picky here and it was still kinda cute.

I just don't get why English speakers can never bring themselves to saying a fully French u 😂

This basically proves what I've thought all along. She still is an insanely hardworking and dedicated performer, but she is notably less interested in the spotlight now compared to the beginning of her career. She will put insane effort into her work like always, but she just wants to do more to avoid always being present in the public eye, which is fine.

I dont think so, she definitely loved to be on the spotlight this week in Paris. She loves us again.
