The original is intentionally against a black background so the feathers look like they're floating while carried by the dressed in black dancers. They def could've paid tribute to it way better indoors.

Is this how the Olympics ceremony usually are? I was imagining like a trackfield or a stadium full of athletes entering with flags and theres a proper stage. Some of the boats of the representing countries seem old and not newly painted..
