First of all, I never blamed her for anything and I know Schiff is the one who started this which is a terrible move on his part and he should know better. Secondly, all I am saying is her going off isn’t helping her own political goals and causes one bit, if they lose they will go right to the back of the queue, possibly for quite some time.

She has been doing this the entire time she’s been in office. That’s how she has gotten notoriety and attention. It’s already a mess of Biden versus congressional Democratic leadership. Progressives such as Sanders have made it known they side with Biden in this dispute and disagree with congressional democrats. Who have made this thing a mess by running to the media to try and undermine his campaign and causing chaos. Not too mention it undermines democracy and the 14 million people who voted for Biden in this primary cycle. How are you going to claim you are for democracy then go on a bully campaign spreading misinformation under the guise of anonymity to the media to pressure someone to drop out so that you can put some other theoretical candidate in place that will have to work from the ground up to get money for their campaign? Isn’t that hypocritical of the values you supposedly espouse?

I think AOC is great and important to challenge the executive, I just want her to be a bit more focused on the election and winning so we can continue to have productive conversations and the Dems need to be a unit. I completely agree about Schiff and others and that it is undemocratic and they should know better, it’s ridiculous to say the least. I worry they will cause what happened with Hillary all over again if they’re not careful but it does look like it’s media nonsense again and Biden isn’t moving. A change in leadership should come after the election has been won and Biden willingly departs but the focus should be on preventing Trump round two.

He’s an accomplished president but what good does that do him in this race when he can’t communicate it effectively against a man like Trump that is so disliked that a pop in the head barely moved the needle in his favor? He should be running circles around the man but he just can’t. That’s the issue.

While true. Let’s not forget Trump has taken down tons of long term politicians since he entered in 2015. He took out the Bush & Clinton dynasties in his first year of politics. All of senior gop politicians cower to him. He’s eviscerated quite a number of dem politicians careers as well. This isn’t some sort of Biden specific problem.

This. I watched his press conference after the NATO summit and while he had this one - one single one - flip up with "VP Trump" - he spoke one entire hour in front of journalists and basically handled all these stinky ass questions about him better leaving the office with quick wittedness that even a younger president could not handle on such level. People only see him being an old man and they somehow completely overlook how well he is actually doing when it comes to handling the daily political affairs. For example, during that press conference he was answering quite manipulative questions over and over again in a way the journalists were treated with respect, he stayed grounded in answering and didn't make the appearance of being an out of touch politic who tries to evade an uncomfortable truth. He actually was quite truthful. And by the way, he gave an insight in his tactics with treating the current foreign affairs in a way you could tell he knows the heck what he is doing. It was quite masterful honestly. But let's not speak about that, the other issue is the more important.
