Yes, and if the second half of the video made any sense, this would have been clever. But the second half of the video makes even less sense. She does her makeup with Trisha Paytas horribly, does a Tik Tok dance, steals the ring light, and escapes in a helicopter. Like..

 

EDIT: Unless her idea of feminism is becoming a Tik Tok influencer, and she stole the ring light so she could reach peak feminism and become a Tik Toker herself

I agree with the concept in theory. And although Katy deserves backlash for working with dr puke and also making a bad song - but I’ve seen some folks get misogynistic with it. This concept has been done before and women can choose to reclaim these things but the execution of this specific video was just tacky, dated, and uninspired.
