I’m kinda torn with Katy’s release. I’ve read she has a contract just like Doja Cat has/had. But besides that, I’m happy she’s bringing back high budget campy MVs, I’m not really into the super minimalist era of recent MVs so someone gotta bring the extra back into the scene

She has never signed a contract with Luke's label like Kesha or Doja. 
She had only publishing deal (publishing deals do not require to work with specific people) for 3 albums that was fulfilled by PRISM.
