The thing is that a 20 year old hasn't fully developed and doesn't "think like an adult" the same way the 50 year old does. That has nothing to do with life experience, it has to do with human development from a scientific standpoint and chemistry. It's not about perspective or anything like that. So to me, a 50 year old knowing that this is the case, and taking advantage of the naivety of a 20, is predatory. You know they're not at their full capacity for decision making and you're choosing to pursue them anyways. It's not different from having sex with somebody that is drunk and knowing they're drunk while you're completely sober.
