Being disliked for being a nasty b*stard is one thing. But nobody else was willing to come out and say they were sexually assaulted or sue him for the same things like workplace abuse. I think it would have changed the direction her case went.

it was Interscope CEO who told Kesha and Gaga that he had heard rumours about Katy (Gaga confirmed this in deposition). Gaga and Kesha exchanged messages after it. Katy had to testify because Dr. Luke’s team made private texts between Kesha & Gaga public.

I never said I don’t believe Kesha. And yes Gaga believes her too. But she also publicly acknowledged those texts and was positive towards Katy. They shouldn’t have ever been involved with any of it because it just ended up helping him. Which is why, if I were her, I wouldn’t pay him or his work any mind.

Wtf no? I never said I don’t believe her. It’s not even about my own belief. I’m talking about how her case could have been successful and gotten her tf out of that contract. 
 

If multiple people had allegations against him her case would have turned out differently. The original cases against Weinstein and Cosby were strengthened by the number of women coming forward.
